  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, coconut milk, water, and salt.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded coconut and honey. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve warm, topped with extra shredded coconut if desired.
