- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 capsule Probiotic
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and maple syrup.
2. Open the probiotic capsule and sprinkle the contents into the mixture. Whisk well.
3. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and cover with a cloth. Secure with a rubber band.
4. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to ferment.
5. After 24 hours, stir the yogurt and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
