  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 capsule Probiotic

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and maple syrup.
  2. 2. Open the probiotic capsule and sprinkle the contents into the mixture. Whisk well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and cover with a cloth. Secure with a rubber band.
  4. 4. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to ferment.
  5. 5. After 24 hours, stir the yogurt and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
