Citrus Salad Lemon Yogurt Recipe
A refreshing citrus salad with a tangy lemon yogurt dressing.

Citrus Salad
- 2 cups Mixed citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, lemon) peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 pinch Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
Add the mixed citrus fruits to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the lemon yogurt dressing.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
