- 1 loaf Bread preferably day-old
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
