Cinnamon Roll Casserole
A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with a creamy custard base.

- 2 cans Cinnamon rolls refrigerated
- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans if desired.
