  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Bread cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, cubed bread, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
