  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the chorizo and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the chorizo mixture.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
