  • 2 cups Milk (or any milk alternative)
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture starts to thicken (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. 3. Add the sliced banana and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the banana is soft.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  5. 5. Serve warm, topped with additional banana slices or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.
