Chili Pepper Corn and Bacon Quiche
A savory quiche with a kick of chili pepper, sweet corn, and crispy bacon.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 tablespoon Chili pepper finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 Pie crust unbaked
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the corn, bacon, cheddar cheese, chili pepper, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
