Chilaquiles Scramble Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 units Eggs
- 2 cups Tortilla chips
- 1 cup Salsa
- ¼ cup Crumbled queso fresco
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add tortilla chips and salsa, cook until chips soften.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
