Chilaquiles Recipe
A traditional Mexican dish made with tortilla chips simmered in sauce and topped with various ingredients.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Red or green salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup Sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 2 Fried eggs optional
1. Heat the salsa in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
2. Add the tortilla chips and stir to coat them in the salsa. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chips are slightly softened.
3. Remove from heat and top with crumbled queso fresco, chopped cilantro, sliced red onion, and sour cream.
4. Serve immediately, optionally topped with fried eggs.
