- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1 Pie crust
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded chicken, cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
