Charleston Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole perfect for a family brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 6 slices Bread cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
Add the bread cubes, sausage, and cheese. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
