  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the cheese.
  6. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
