- 6 pieces Eggs
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
1. Heat the skillet over the campfire.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
3. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble with the potatoes.
5. Add the bacon back in and top with shredded cheese.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
