- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 3 cups Milk
- ½ cup Butterscotch Chips
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, and salt.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the butterscotch chips and vanilla extract, and continue to cook until the chips are melted and the oatmeal is creamy, about 5 more minutes.
4. Serve hot, and enjoy!
