Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or melted butter. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crisp.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
