  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
  5. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
