Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cook until the edges start to set, about 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
