Broccoli Frittata
A simple and delicious broccoli frittata, perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- 6 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cook until the edges start to set, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
