- 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
- 200 grams Brie cheese sliced
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the chopped broccoli and sliced brie cheese evenly over the pie crust.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and brie in the pie crust.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
