  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, shredded cheese, and diced vegetables.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
