Breakfast Strata Recipe
A hearty breakfast casserole with layers of bread, eggs, cheese, and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups bread, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, shredded cheese, and diced vegetables.
Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
