Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add cooked sausage, bread cubes, and 1 ½ cups of cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
