Instructions
1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the Arborio rice and toast for 2-3 minutes.

5. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
6. Make four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
7. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set, about 10 minutes.
