- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
