  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top biscuits with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
