Breakfast Casserole with Biscuits and Gravy

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
Top biscuits with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
