  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
