Blueberry Waffles Recipe
Delicious blueberry waffles perfect for a weekend breakfast.

Waffle Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Eggs separated
- 1 ¾ cups Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add the milk and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
Fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
