  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in blueberries and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the berries are soft.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute. Drizzle with honey if desired.
