- 6 pieces Blintzes store-bought or homemade
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
Arrange the blintzes in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the blintzes, making sure they are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the souffle is set.
