Blini Russian Pancakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk warm
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the warm milk.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
