  • 2 cups frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and spread them evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the hash browns over the biscuit pieces.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and biscuit pieces.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
