  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Hash browns shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Press the hash brown mixture into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form nests.
  5. Bake the nests in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they start to brown.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into each hash brown nest.
  8. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  9. Let the nests cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin. Serve warm.
