Berry Bread Pudding

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Bread, cubed preferably stale
- 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 units Eggs beaten
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Place cubed bread and berries in a baking dish.
Pour the milk mixture over the bread and berries, ensuring everything is well-coated.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
