- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 units Bananas ripe and mashed
- ¼ cup Honey
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
