  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 large Bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Add mashed bananas.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in chopped nuts.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
