Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • ¼ cup chocolate spread

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Fill each crepe with sliced bananas and chocolate spread. Fold and serve warm.
