- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
