  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 peaches, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour batter into the skillet and arrange peach slices on top.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar.
