- 1 loaf French bread sliced
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced French bread in the dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
