Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While carrots are baking, mix Greek yogurt, sunflower seed butter, lemon juice, honey, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Serve carrot fries with the yogurt sunflower seed butter dip.
