Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
