Bacon Cheddar and Spinach Strata

Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
- 6 slices Bread cubed
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the bread cubes, bacon, spinach, and cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Pour egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
