  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 slices Bread, cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add bread cubes, cheese, and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
