Bacon Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with bacon, eggs, and cheese.

- 8 slices Bacon
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 slices Bread, cubed
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add bread cubes, cheese, and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
