  • 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Leek cleaned and sliced
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk.
  4. Add the cooked bacon, sliced leek, shredded Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
