Bacon and Egg Breakfast Tarts

Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares to fit into the muffin tin cups.
Press the pastry squares into the muffin tin cups, making sure they cover the sides.
Divide the crumbled bacon evenly among the pastry-lined cups.
Crack an egg into each cup on top of the bacon.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each egg.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the eggs are set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
