Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Eggs soft-boiled
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Soft-boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 6 minutes. Cool in ice water, peel, and halve.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. 4. Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Toss the salad with the dressing, top with bacon and egg halves. Serve immediately.
