Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Toast the bread slices to your liking.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
