- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Chorizo cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Pico de gallo
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
