- 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir.
Spread the asparagus pieces evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
