Asparagus Mushroom Bacon Crustless Quiche

- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup asparagus chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked bacon, asparagus, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
